Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
Membership fees are automatically charged every month to the card on file. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
If a monthly session is not used within the billing cycle, it will roll over for an additional 30 days. A maximum of two active sessions may be available at a time (current month + one rolled-over session). After 30 days, unused sessions expire.
Members may freeze their membership once per year for up to 3 months. Sessions do not accumulate during a freeze period.
After the 3-month minimum commitment, memberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice (email or written request). Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.
Memberships and their benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member on the account. Guest vouchers and family visits are exceptions as described in each tier.
Membership does not waive no-show or late cancellation fees. Standard salon policies apply. Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, holiday deals, packages, or gift cards.
